  • Project Brain — SCHWAI's internal enterprise knowledge base: retrieval over the company's own data, with feedback loops and fine-tuned open-source models on top.
  • A self-optimization sandbox that improves the company's AI copilots against an independent judge, with a human gate before anything ships.
  • Roughly 10% better answer quality across the summary, dev, admin, and sales copilots — with no model retraining.
  • MLOps and DevOps end to end: deploying and operating the internal AI systems, not just prototyping them.
